Timothy M. Kolman, Esquire
Mr. Kolman was born in London, England and received his first law degree from the University of Glasgow in Scotland where he graduated with high honors. His second law degree was awarded from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he was an Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Kolman is a member of the bars of the United States Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District and the Western District of Pennsylvania.

An accomplished and highly experienced lawyer, Mr. Kolman has counseled hundreds of clients through complicated employment matters. A combat veteran who genuinely cares for his clients, Mr. Kolman prides himself on his tenacity, availability and his extensive trial skills, believing that the employees who he represents deserve an equal shot against the big corporations and their blue chip law firms.

Wayne A. Ely, Esquire
Mr. Ely is an accomplished civil trial lawyer specializing in employment discrimination and complex litigation.

Mr. Ely graduated summa cum laude from Temple University and cum laude from Temple University School of Law in 1993. He was a member of the exclusive Temple Moot Court Honor Society and the Temple Environmental and Technology Law Journal. He also received the Barrister’s Award for excellence in trial advocacy and two American Jurisprudence awards.

Mr. Ely concentrates almost exclusively on trial work He has successfully prosecuted and defended several difficult and unusual civil cases, including sexual harassment, race discrimination, and disability discrimination matters.

Mr. Ely is a member of the bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.

David J. Cohen, Esquire
A highly skilled and successful class-action attorney, David J. Cohen has spent more than fifteen years fighting to protect the rights of millions of consumers, union members, employees and shareholders against improper conduct by companies large and small.

Mr. Cohen, head of the firm's class action department has worked on, and run, dozens of significant antitrust, consumer, employment and securities matters for three highly-regarded Philadelphia firms.  These matters include: Turner v. Mercy Health System (Phila. C.C.P.), the first wage and hour class action to challenge a health system’s ability to deny workers overtime wages through workweek averaging; Heindel v. Merck (D. N.J.), the first class action accusing Merck of consumer fraud for failing to disclose the cardiovascular risks of Vioxx; Cirulli v. Hyundai Motor America (C.D. Cal.), a class action that caused Hyundai to implement a massive, nationwide recall to replace rusting sub-frames in millions of vehicles; and El v. SEPTA (E.D. Pa.), arguably the most significant ex-offender rights case litigated in Pennsylvania in recent years.  Mr. Cohen is presently investigating and litigating class action matters against various automobile and equipment manufacturers, health systems, nursing homes and drug companies.

Mr. Cohen is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He is a member of the American and Philadelphia Bar Associations.

Mr. Cohen earned a J.D. from the Temple University School of Law in 1994.  While attending law school, Mr. Cohen was awarded the Barristers Award for excellence in trial advocacy and worked as a teaching assistant for Temple’s Integrated Trial Advocacy program.  Mr. Cohen graduated with honors from the University of Chicago in 1991.
Eman Abouelseoud, Esquire
Ms. Abouelseoud joined the firm in early 2010.  Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Abouelseoud focused her practice on the defense of product liability and toxic tort matters.  Ms. Abouelseoud was also law clerk to the Honorable Mark I. Bernstein, in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Commerce Program. As a law clerk, she conducted legal research and drafted opinions regarding commercial insurance coverage, contract and class action matters.

Ms. Abouelseoud is a 2007 graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. She completed her undergraduate education from Bryn Mawr College in 2003, where she majored in German and Political Science. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  In her spare time, Ms. Abouelseoud is active in her community and serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Friends of Orianna Hill Park, a non profit corporation.
