FREE CONSULTATION
At the Law Offices of Timothy M. Kolman & Associates, you never have to pay for a consultation. We are available by telephone or to meet with you in person to discuss all aspects of your case. Almost all of our cases are taken on a contingency basis. This means that we pay the costs and expenses of litigating your case and we do not get paid unless we are successful in getting you money. We do not limit the time of our consultations. We will take as much time as needed to understand all the ramifications and subtleties of your case and then, in partnership with you we will put together a plan of action. We are flexible enough and have sufficient resources to act on an emergency basis, if necessary. The firm has a full team of lawyers and four support staff to assist you. All of them are familiar with the practice of employment law.
Sometimes, a case will be taken on an hourly rate, if it involves the negotiation of a severance agreement or an employment contract. Clearly, under these circumstances, a contingency fee is not appropriate. However, we are very competitive in our rates and attempt to provide excellent legal expertise for a reasonable cost.
